Healing Grocery List

Are you ready to eat a healing, anti-inflammatory diet? I’ve included my own grocery list including all of my staple foods to get you started. Of course my list varies from time to time, but these are my staple foods (including my weekly juicing ingredients). All of these items are organic. Pesticides can be very harmful for the GI tract, so steer clear of non-organic foods if possible. We only want to put healing and nutritious foods into our system. You’ll also notice that there aren’t many fruits on my list, and this is because my body is particularly sensitive to sugar. If you can tolerate sugary fruits, feel free to add them to your list!
